The purchase conditions extend to purchases in Online store. The prices of the products sold in the online store are given together with the products. The prices quoted in the online shop are in euros and include VAT. Delivery fee (at a rate of 50 EUR) is added to the price. The information about goods is available in online store.
To order the goods you need to add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order you should fill in the required fields and select the proper delivery method. Then the total amount of the payment will be displayed, payable via bank link or other payment method. The Sales Agreement shall enter into force upon receipt of the amount due into the online store current account. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. Delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
After the order is confirmed, the goods will be sent to a buyer. The goods are delivered by the transport companies. The delivery cost is 50EUR, which is paid by a buyer, the cost of delivery depends on the quantity of selected goods. A package usually arrives to a destination that is specified by a buyer within 3-7 days after purchacing.
The Online store shall be liable for any lack of conformity or defect in the goods sold to a buyer, which existed at the time of delivery of the item. The Buyer shall have the right to contact the online store within at least 7 days by sending an e-mail to info@wandeli or by phone +372 555 888 74. The online store shall not be liable for defects which have arisen after delivery of the goods to the Buyer. If the goods purchased from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store shall replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to replace the goods, the online store shall refund the Buyer all the sums related to the contract of sale. The online store shall respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format which can be reproduced in writing within 7 days.
The online store shall use the personal data entered by the Buyer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only for processing the order and delivering the goods to the Buyer. The online store provides the forwarder with personal information for delivering the goods. The online store will only send newsletters and offers to the Buyer’s email address if the Buyer has requested to do so by entering an email address on the online store and announcing their wish to receive direct mail notifications. The Buyer may at any time unsubscribe from offers and newsletters sending an email to online store or by following the instructions in the e-mails.
If the Buyer has any claims against the online store, they have to be sent by email to info@wandeli.ee or by phone +372 555 888 74 The Buyer is entitled to contact the European Union Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform, if needed. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer’s complaint in the commission is free of charge. The buyer may turn to the European Union Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform.
